Know Maslahah and mafsadah On view Shari'a

It has been too obvious that free arrival Islamic Shariah is to provide "outweigh" and reject "mafsadah". By simply "outweigh" is all good and "mafsadah" is all too bad.
"Maslahah" and "mafsadah" is not determined by human reason, but is determined by the Shariah. It is his deep sense of human sight is different. Maybe something matters considered "outweigh" the man partly kerana he give good things to them, but it is considered "mafsadah" by partly another, kerana bring disrepute to them. There are also "outweigh" regarded as "mafsadah" his deep urge passions, and that conversely, ("mafsadah" regarded as "outweigh"). This is his deep sense of human passion
and desire may not be the yardstick for determining "outweigh" and also "mafsadah". Only Sharia other features that may determine "outweigh" and also "mafsadah" to the man, he came kerana than God their Creator.
"Maslahah" in view of Sharia is that every case that meets the following five criteria: -
1 - It was included in the "Maqasid Shariah" or "Destination Pensyariatan Sharia".
"The purpose Pensyariatan Sharia" to keep people contained in five cases, namely keeping the religion, life, intellect, progeny and property. Each case brings to strengthen safeguards against five cases the principle was considered a "outweigh" and vice versa, every case that meluputkan guarding against five or sebahagiannya case is considered a "mafsadah". Guard against the five principles of the case was an extremely important role in the Islamic Sharia. It kerana guard against is an important tool for generating human purposes, namely true devotion to God Almighty.
2 - It does not conflict with the Qur'an.3 - It does not conflict with al-Hadith.4 - It does not conflict with al-Qiyas.5 - It is not meluputkan "outweigh" bigger thereof.
Merit and sin in the sight of Shariah is dependent on the extent to which "outweigh" and "mafsadah" her. Any practice that leads to "outweigh" the bigger, the more greater the reward, otherwise the practice of bringing the "mafsadah" larger, more great is the sin. Kerana deeds is the same one that produces natijah "outweigh" or "mafsadah" will differ at differing levels of reward or sin. From here, it is clear to us, what Islamic Sharia take a guess "outweigh" and "mafsadah". That we ought kerana was always with the guidance of Sharia, that's where his form maslahah kerana "and let us run than Islamic guidance, let alone again menyanggahinya kerana we will be overwritten" mafsadah "samada sooner or later.
